I have always been fascinated in how we exist in our bodies- our multi-layered somatic and corporeal experiences, and how we express ourselves and communicate through the many languages of our bodies: physical, emotional, imaginative, cultural, metaphorical and sensory.
I am passionate about empowering actors, performers & communities to explore what can be discovered through moving and to tell stories in embodied ways. My work as movement director ranges from facilitating individual character work, building ensembles, choreographing sequences, enabling the communication of story or concept through devising physical work and facilitating the creation of specific and cohesive movement languages.

I have worked as a physical performer, dancer and theatre maker professionally for six years. I have a BA (Hons) Acting from Manchester School of Theatre and a background in contemporary dance and ballet. I continue to grow my practice through training with companies including: Obra Theatre, David Zambrano's Passing Through and Flying Low (with Fabian Wixe), RASHDASH, Animikii Theatre, Theatre Ad Infinitum, OperaUpclose, Gabriel Gawin and Emma Bonnici (formerly of Song of the Goat) & Company of Wolves.
