I am a movement director, performer & maker based in Manchester.
2021-23 I'm doing a Masters in Movement: directing and teaching at RCSSD (part-time).
My work is rooted in a love of collaboration.
I am motivated by the power of listening & connecting, as well as a strong sense of play.
I particularly love empowering people to create with their bodies, to discover how we live as/ in/ with them and how we move them.
In developing my practice as a facilitator and freelancer, things I am thinking a lot about at the moment include radical care, inclusive practice, going slow and sustainability.
